Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your base plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Absolutely. You can subscribe to Voicebot or Chatbot add-ons from your dashboard. Add-ons are billed monthly and can be changed or cancelled any time. Availability depends on your base plan — see the compatibility table above.
For Voicebot and Chatbot add-ons, overage rates apply automatically beyond your included quota. For base plan limits (contacts, conversations, messages), you'll receive alerts as you approach your limit with the option to upgrade.
Your plan includes a WhatsApp message allowance. Meta also charges per 24-hour conversation window on top of that: Marketing $0.085, Utility $0.020, Authentication $0.015, and Service conversations are free. These Meta fees are passed through at cost.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for enterprise customers. Enterprise plans also support custom invoicing with NET 30 terms.
