MiCalls is a 100% cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship any physical products or goods. All services are delivered digitally via the internet. This policy outlines how our digital services are activated, delivered, and made available to you.

1. Nature of Service

MiCalls is an AI-powered communication platform that operates entirely in the cloud. Our platform provides:

  • AI Voice Agents — Intelligent voice bots that handle inbound and outbound phone calls using natural language processing and real-time speech recognition.
  • Omnichannel Chatbots — AI-driven chatbots that manage conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Web Chat from a single unified inbox.
  • CRM Integration — Built-in customer relationship management with contact management, deal tracking, and automated workflows.
  • Call Center Solutions — Full-featured call center with IVR, call routing, call recording, and real-time analytics.

Since MiCalls is a digital service, there are no physical goods to ship, package, or deliver. All features and functionalities are accessed through your web browser at app.micalls.com.

2. Service Activation & Delivery

When you subscribe to MiCalls, your services are delivered digitally according to the following timelines:

2.1 Account Activation

Your MiCalls account is activated instantly upon completing the signup process. You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and can begin accessing the platform immediately at app.micalls.com.

2.2 Platform Access

The MiCalls platform is delivered via any modern web browser. No software downloads or installations are required. Simply log in at app.micalls.com from any device with an internet connection—desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

2.3 Phone Number Provisioning

Phone numbers (local, toll-free, or international) are provisioned within minutes of purchase. Once provisioned, numbers are immediately available for use with AI Voice Agents, inbound call routing, and SMS capabilities.

2.4 AI Voice Bot Setup

Full AI Voice Bot configuration and deployment typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your use case. This timeline includes:

  • Discovery and requirements gathering
  • Voice bot persona and script configuration
  • Knowledge base setup and training
  • Call flow design and testing
  • Integration with your existing phone system or PBX
  • Quality assurance and go-live support

2.5 AI Chatbot Setup

Full Omnichannel Chatbot configuration and deployment typically takes 1–2 weeks. This timeline includes:

  • Channel selection and integration
  • Chatbot persona and response configuration
  • Knowledge base and FAQ training
  • Workflow automation setup
  • Testing across all connected channels
  • Go-live and monitoring

2.6 Channel Integrations

Connecting additional communication channels typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the channel and any third-party verification requirements:

  • WhatsApp Business — Requires Meta Business verification; setup within 1–3 business days after verification approval.
  • SMS — Activated upon phone number provisioning; typically within minutes.
  • Email — Connected via SMTP/IMAP configuration; setup within 1 business day.
  • Facebook Messenger — Connected via Facebook Page integration; setup within 1 business day.
  • Instagram — Connected via Instagram Business account; setup within 1 business day.
  • Web Chat — Embeddable widget deployed instantly via a simple code snippet on your website.

3. Service Availability

MiCalls is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Our platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure designed for high availability and reliability.

We maintain the following uptime commitments based on your subscription plan:

  • Starter Plan — 99% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Growth Plan — 99.5% uptime SLA
  • Business Plan — 99.9% uptime SLA
  • Enterprise Plan — 99.9% uptime SLA with dedicated infrastructure and priority support

Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email and in-app notifications, and are typically performed during off-peak hours to minimize any disruption to your service.

4. Onboarding & Setup Support

MiCalls provides onboarding and setup support to ensure a smooth transition to our platform:

  • Starter Plan — Self-service onboarding with access to our comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Growth Plan — Dedicated onboarding specialist who guides you through platform setup, configuration, and best practices during your first 30 days.
  • Business Plan — Priority onboarding with a dedicated account manager, custom configuration, and hands-on training sessions for your team.
  • Enterprise Plan — White-glove onboarding with a dedicated implementation team, custom integrations, data migration assistance, and ongoing strategic consultation.

All customers have access to our Help Center documentation, community forums, and email support regardless of their subscription plan.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since MiCalls is a fully digital platform, the following traditional shipping-related items do not apply:

  • No packaging — There are no physical items to package or wrap.
  • No delivery charges — There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery surcharges.
  • No customs or import duties — As a digital service, MiCalls is not subject to customs clearance, import duties, or international shipping regulations.
  • No delivery tracking — There are no parcels to track. Your service is delivered instantly through the cloud.
  • No delivery address required — You do not need to provide a shipping address. Access is granted via your email-based account login.

6. Global Service Delivery

MiCalls is available to customers worldwide, including Pakistan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and all other regions with internet access.

Our platform serves businesses of all sizes across the globe. Key details about our global service delivery:

  • Currency — All pricing is displayed in USD (United States Dollars). PKR (Pakistani Rupee), EUR (Euro), and AUD (Australian Dollar) conversions are available on our Pricing page for your convenience.
  • Language — The platform interface is available in English, with AI voice and chatbot capabilities supporting multiple languages.
  • Phone Numbers — Local and toll-free phone numbers are available in 60+ countries for AI Voice Agent deployment.
  • Compliance — MiCalls adheres to regional data protection regulations, including GDPR for European customers and local data privacy laws.
